Green Peppered Chicken
A tawa fry prepared with green pepper corns.Green Peppered Chicken is really tasty and healthy.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 500 g Boneless chicken
- 1 tsp Ginger, garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Green pepper corns according to your choice
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil — for frying
- Curry leaves
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Grind all the above mentioned ingredients along with salt and marinate the chicken pieces with this and set aside for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a tawa, pan-fry the chicken pieces on low heat until it turns dark brown colour and cooked.
Step 3
Green Peppered Chicken is ready. Serve hot with ghee rice or boiled rice.
Tip
Marinate for at least 30 minutes if you can — the spices penetrate deeper and the chicken stays juicier.
