Garlic Curd
A home-style Kerala dish made with care and the kind of spice knowledge that comes from watching someone else cook it a hundred times. Each step matters, and the result is worth the effort.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 7 - Garlic pods
- Curry leaves A, a few
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- Salt, to taste
- 500 g Curd
- Olive oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Pour oil into a pan and heat it or a kadai.
Step 2
Add curry leaves.
Step 3
Add crushed garlic and sauté.
Step 4
When it becomes golden brown, add the powders and sauté.
Step 5
When the raw smell leaves, turn off the heat.
Step 6
Add curd.
Step 7
Add salt.
Step 8
Mix it well along with little water.
Step 9
Goes well with rice.
Tip
