- 1/4 cup Fennel seeds (Perumjeerakam)
- 18 nos Cinnamon Stick Indian, Karuvapatta
- 10 nos Cloves (Grambu)
- 4 nos Cardamom (Elakka)
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing garam masala, first fry together all the ingredients in a pan in low flame for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then grind all the ingredients together.
Step 3
Garam masala powder, a main constituent in all non-vegetarian dishes like beef, chicken, pork etc is ready. Store in an air tight container.
Tip
