Fruit Salad

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 Bowl Fruits
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Custard powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the custard powder in 1/ 4 cup of cold milk and set aside. Heat the remaining milk in a pan, add sugar and mix it well until it melts.When it starts to boil, add the custard mixture and stir continously on low heat for 3- 4 minutes. Cool the custard and refrigerate it.
Step 2
Chop the fruits. I used apple, pomegranate, mango and banana.
Step 3
Once the custard has cooled, add the mixed fruits. Stir everything together thoroughly and keep it in the fridge.
Step 4
Fruit Salad is ready. Serve chilled with dry fruits or vanilla ice cream.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
