Fried Chicken With Tomato Sauce | Crispy Fried Chicken
Fried chicken with tomato sauce is a classic dish that blends the crispy goodness of fried chicken with the tangy, savory richness of tomato sauce.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 500 g Chicken Marinate the chicken pieces in 2 1/2 tsp chilly powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and required salt. Deep fry in hot oil
- 1 nos Capsicum
- 2 nos Onion — chopped
- 3 nos Green chilly — chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
- Coriander leaves little
- 1 Pod Garlic — sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Set a kadai over medium heat and pour in the oil, add chopped onion, capsicum, green chilly, garlic and Let it cook for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add red chilly powder and salt, cook again for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add fried chicken and stir.
Step 4
And tomato sauce and coriander leaves.
Step 5
Mix it well and take it off the heat.
Step 6
Fried Chicken With Tomato Sauce is ready to serve. Convert it into a serving plate.
Tip
Bone-in chicken gives a richer, more flavourful gravy than boneless. The marrow flavours the curry as it cooks.
