Egg Roast Easy

- 3 Hard Egg
- 3 large Onion
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- Oil to fry
Preparation
Step 1
* Cut onion in length wise. Heat the oil in a pan add chopped onion and stir till it turn golden colour. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder and give it a good stir.
Step 2
* Add boiled egg and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
