Egg Foam Dosa
Crispy on the edges, soft in the middle — this egg foam dosa is a breakfast staple across Kerala. The batter comes together quickly and the dosa cooks in under a minute on a hot tawa.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 11/2 cup Raw rice (Pachari)
- Water, to taste
- 3 nos Egg
- Ghee, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing egg foam dosa, grind raw rice with some water.
Step 2
Add eggs to it and beat well.
Step 3
Get out the foam from top and make dosa from it.
Step 4
Pour ghee on sides. Serve hot.
Tip
A well-seasoned cast iron or non-stick tawa makes all the difference. If the dosa sticks, your pan needs more seasoning or the temperature is too low.
