Egg Chutney
Ground fresh and served immediately, this chutney hits all the right notes — heat from the chillies, richness from coconut, and a sharp tang that cuts through rich curries and fried foods.

- 3 Pos Egg
- 1 nos Onion
- 6 Cloves Garlic — chopped
- 3 nos Green chillies — chopped
- 1 cup Tomato — chopped
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing egg chutney, heat oil.
Step 2
Fry onion, garlic and green chillies.
Step 3
Add salt and Stir everything together thoroughly. Add tomato and cook till juice come out and turn soft.
Step 4
Add egg and scramble it. Serve hot.
Step 5
Egg chutney is ready. Serve hot as side dish.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
