Egg Chicken Kebab | Ramadan Special Chicken Kebab
Sweet, rich, and deeply satisfying — this is the snack that shows up at every Kerala celebration, temple festival, and Onam Sadya. Made with jaggery, coconut, and patience.
Ingredientsfor 5 servings
- 5 nos Eggs Hard boiled and — peeled
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 3 nos Eggs Beaten
- 4 cup Chicken samosa filling
- Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Roll the boiled eggs in flour.
Step 2
Cover the eggs with samosa masala.
Step 3
Dip these covered eggs in the beaten egg and then dust the surface with the bread crumbs.
Step 4
Preheat a skillet on medium heat, place the egg chicken kebab a few at a time on skillet. Drizzle oil on them and roast on medium heat until they are crisp and browned on both sides.
Step 5
Serve the delicious spicy hot Egg Chicken kebab along with tomato ketchup.
Tip
Marinate for at least 30 minutes if you can — the spices penetrate deeper and the chicken stays juicier.
