Easy Tomato Soup
Tomato soup prepared in a natural and easy method. Highly nutritious and delicious.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 125 g Tomatoes — chopped
- 1 nos Carrot scraped
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Get a vessel and put chopped tomatoes and scraped carrot. Pour 2 cups water and cook in medium heat.
Step 2
When the vegetables are done, stir with a ladle and mash them.
Step 3
Seive the mashed vegetables and gather the stock.
Step 4
Pour coconut milk into the vegetable stock and add required salt.
Step 5
Easy tomato soup is ready and serve hot.
Tip
When the recipe says "medium heat," it means medium. Kerala cooking is not about high-flame drama — most of the work happens at a patient, steady temperature.
