Easy Tomato Egg Curry
It is an easy curry we can prepare within 5 minutes.This curry is easy for working women.This curry we can eat with rice,appam,chappathi,puttu etc.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 3 Chilly
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Red chilli
- 4 Curry leaf
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, then fry onions,chilies,ginger garlic paste in a pan for a minute.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and fry for a minute.
Step 3
Add chilli powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder. cook for a minute.
Step 4
Add water,salt and boiled eggs boil for a minute.
Step 5
In another kadai add oil mustard,red chilly and curry leaf cook for a minute and add to tomato egg curry.
Step 6
Now 5 minutes tomato egg curry is ready.
Step 7
Serve while still hot with rice,chapatti,appam and puttu.
Tip
For a thicker gravy, cook uncovered on medium heat for the last few minutes. For a thinner consistency, add a splash of warm water.
