Easy Mutta Thoran With Coconut
A and wholesome side dish that can be served as a side dish with rice as well as chappathi. It is preferred with most of us to have a healthy side dish for lunch as well as for dinner.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 3 Egg
- 1/2 cup Shallots
- 3 tbsp Coconut — grated
- 3 Green chilly
- Ginger small pc — chopped
- Curry leaves, a few
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Gather and prep all your ingredients before you begin.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients except oil into a bowl and whisk well.
Step 3
Warm the oil in a pan and add beaten eggs and scramble. Cook on medium heat until the eggs are completely done.
Step 4
Serve right away.
Tip
Shred the vegetable as fine as you can — the thinner the cuts, the better the thoran. A sharp knife makes all the difference.
