Easy Chicken Wings Fry
Slow-roasted in coconut oil with a generous hand of spices, this chicken fry develops layers of flavour as it dries out on the pan. The patience pays off — every piece is coated and concentrated.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1/2 kg Chicken wings washed and pat dry
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 4 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- 2 tbsp Pepper powder
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing easy chicken wings fry, marinate the chicken wings with ginger- garlic paste and curd. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix salt, maida, chilly powder and pepper powder without water.
Step 3
Warm the oil in a pan, dip the chicken in the powder and fry in hot oil till it becomes brown in colour.
Step 4
Easy chicken wings fry is ready. Serve hot.
Tip
Patience at the dry-roasting stage is everything. The longer you let the moisture evaporate, the more concentrated the flavour becomes.
