Easy Chicken Fry Easy
Pan-fried until the edges go dark and crispy, this chicken fry is the kind of dish you eat standing in the kitchen before it ever reaches the table. Dry-roasted with spices and finished with a fistful of curry leaves.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 4 nos Green chillies
- 4 nos Garlic pods
- Ginger A small piece
- 1 nos Capsicum — finely chopped
- 8 To Tomato ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Add grated garlic, ginger & green chillies to it and keep it for a half an hour.
Step 3
Fry chicken.
Step 4
Finally, add the capsicum and tomato ketchup and mix it well.
Step 5
Easy Chicken Fry is ready.
Tip
Do not boil the curry hard after adding coconut milk. A gentle simmer is all you need — vigorous boiling can cause the coconut milk to split.
