Easy Banana Cake

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 4 - Robesta very ripe, Green Banana
- 11/2 cup Self raising flour Maida
- 1 cup Sugar — powdered
- 3/4 cup Sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Easy Banana Cake first mash the bananas well.
Step 2
Mix it with powdered sugar.
Step 3
Sieve self raising flour and baking soda together.
Step 4
Add alternatively sunflower oil and the sieved mixture to the mashed banana and sugar and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 5
Add vanilla essence.
Step 6
Apply little oil and flour in a baking tray.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into it.
Step 8
Bake it at 180 degree celsius for around 30 - 35 minutes.
Step 9
Allow it to cool.
Step 10
Easy Banana Cake is ready.
Tip
Ghee quality matters enormously in traditional sweets. Use homemade ghee if you can — the flavour is incomparably richer.
