Dry Red Chilli Chicken
Dry Red Chilli Chicken or vattal mulak chicken is a spicy chicken dry fry recipe.This recipe is one of my successful experiment with chicken.As it name says it is a variety chicken preparation with dry red chillies.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 500 g Chicken
- 6 Dry red chilli
- Ginger small pc
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 3 Cloves
- Cinnamon stick small pc
- 2 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- Oil — for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and clean the chicken pieces.
Step 2
Get a mixer grinder and add dry red chilly,ginger,garlic,cloves,cinnamon stick and fennel seed.make it a fine paste.
Step 3
Add dry red chilli paste,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt to the cleaned chicken.
Step 4
Marinate the chicken in masala and keep it for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Warm the oil in a Kadai and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Step 6
And spicy Dry red chilli chicken is ready.
Tip
Marinate for at least 30 minutes if you can — the spices penetrate deeper and the chicken stays juicier.
