Beef cooked the Kerala way — with patience, a heavy hand of spices, and enough coconut oil to make the purists happy. The meat is slow-cooked until it is tender enough to fall apart, then finished with intensity.

- 2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 nos Onion
- 4 nos Green chillies
- 1 piece Ginger
- Salt, to taste
- 2 - Oil
- 7 nos Chillies — crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef with chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, onion, green chillies and salt for about 15 minutes in a cooker.
Step 2
Dry the beef and remove the water.
Step 3
Pour oil into a pan and heat it.
Step 4
