Desi Spaghetti
Indian style of pasta is a quick snack, and it can be prepared in just a few minutes in your own kitchen.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 1 Pack Spaghetti
- 500 g Chicken
- 1/2 Cube Chicken stock
- 1 nos Onion
- 1 nos Tomato
- 2 nos Carrot thin, 1 if fat
- 5 To Beans
- 1 nos Capsicum
- 5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 5 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 nos Ginger small piece
- 1 nos Green chilly
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup spaghetti cooking liquid. Return it to pot.
Step 2
Meanwhile add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chilly, sliced (thin and long) carrots, sliced beans, tomato and capsicum into heated oil.cook it, stirring well.
Step 3
Either chicken can be kept separately as fried pieces with it or it can be chopped into cube shapes and added along with the above items. In the latter case add the chicken pieces and chicken stock [mixed well in light hot water (1/2 glass)]. Season it with salt and pepper. Add tomato ketchup and soya sauce. cook the entire ingredients well.Evenly add the spaghetti into this masala. Mix it well Transfer to a bowl. Have it …njoy?
Tip
Marinate for at least 30 minutes if you can — the spices penetrate deeper and the chicken stays juicier.
