Crispy Potato Bread Fry
This Crispy Potato Bread Fry is a spicy and crunchy snack that can be great for snacking.This snack is made by deep frying bread coated with a onion,potato,egg mixture.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 3 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 2 Potato
- Coriander leaves, a few
- 3 Green chilly
- 4 Bread slices
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, and add chopped potato,onio,greem chilly,coriander leaves and eggs.
Step 2
Add all powders and salt.Fold everything together gently.
Step 3
Cut the bread slices into two pieces.Toast the bread until crisp and brown.
Step 4
Dip the toasted bread pieces in potato egg mixture and fry in hot oil it in oil.
Step 5
Crispy Potato bread fry is ready.
Tip
A heavy-bottomed pan or cast iron skillet gives you the best results for a proper Kerala fry. Thin pans burn the spices before the meat dries.
