Coconut Milk Pudding

Ingredientsfor 5 servings
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Tin Milkmaid
- 3 cup Coconut milk
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 100 g Almonds Badam
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the milk, milkmaid & sugar.
Step 2
Mix cornflour into the 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
Step 3
Add it to the milk and when it becomes thick, switch off the stove.
Step 4
Add the remaining coconut milk, vanila essence & badam.
Step 5
Pudding ready.
