- 1 cup Coconut — grated
- Milkmaid, to taste
- Cashew nuts, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing coconut ladoo¦s, mix grated coconut and milk maid.
Step 2
Make balls out of the mixture and place a cashew on each ladoo.
Step 3
Coconut ladoo`s are ready.
Tip
When working with jaggery, always melt and strain it first. Even the best quality jaggery has some grit that needs to be removed.
