Coconut Jaggery Ladoos
Coconut Jaggery Ladoo is an instant recipe of coconut ladoo that is prepared with Coconut and melted jaggery.So for now I am going to talk about the coconut jaggery ladoo.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- 1 cup Coconut — grated
- 100 g Jaggery
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/2+1/2 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Melt jaggery with 1/2 cup of water and strain it to remove any impurities.
Step 2
Get a heavy bottom vessel and add grated coconut,melted jaggery,1/2 cup water and cardamom powder.
Step 3
Let coconut cook well in jaggery syrup.stir continuously.
Step 4
Cook until the mixture comes close thick.Do not cook for long then the ladoos become hard.
Step 5
When the mixture is still warm,grease your palm with oil and start making small rolls with that and Serve it.
Tip
When working with jaggery, always melt and strain it first. Even the best quality jaggery has some grit that needs to be removed.
