Coconut Egg Omelette
A nutritious breakfast/dinner recipe that can be prepared with in 5 minutes.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Coconut
- 1 tbsp Onion
- 1 Green chilly — chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Crack open the egg in a bowl and add chopped onion and green chilly.

Add grated coconut and salt.
Step 3
Whip well.
Step 4
Heat pan to medium heat. Add oil and when hot, pour the egg mixture,Let it cook for 2 minutes.Flip over and cook on both the sides till brown and cooked.

Tip
Frying the boiled eggs briefly before adding to the curry gives them a golden skin that holds up better in the gravy.
