Coconut Bread Balls

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- Coconut Half of one
- 4 nos Bread slices
- 1 nos Egg
- Sugar, to taste
- Oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Make a powder of the bread slices by grinding them in a mixer grinder with sugar.
Step 2
Add the above powder mixture with coconut and egg.
Step 3
Mix them well and make it into a tight paste.
Step 4
Roll this paste into small balls.
Step 5
Pour oil into a pan and heat it.
Step 6
Fry the balls in it till they goes golden brown.
