Coco Dosa(Love Letter)
A quick, satisfying dosa that needs minimal prep and delivers maximum crunch. Spread the batter thin for crispy edges, or thick for a softer, chewier centre. Pair with chutney and sambar.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup Coconut — grated
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Salt, to taste
- 11/2 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix wheat flour with requierd salt and water to make batter(consistency to make thin dosas).
Step 2
Mix grated coconut and sugar.
Step 3
Heat tawa and make dosa with batter.
Step 4
Once the dosa is cooked, place coconut filling in the center and roll the dosa.
Step 5
Kids will love this for evenign snacks - Its filling and nutritious.
Tip
Spread the batter in a quick circular motion from the centre outward. Do not go back over areas you have already spread.
