Chilli - Garlic Dip
An awsme chilli / garlic dip or dressing made by 15 year old but really good.
Ingredientsfor 5 servings
- Yougurt
- Chillis
- Garlic
- Salt
- Coconut oil — optional
- Ranch dressing — optional
Preparation
Step 1
Grind some chillis and garlic to fine paste (really fine).
Step 2
Get some yougurt.
Step 3
Add the chilli / garlic mixture to the yougurt.
Step 4
Season with salt.
Step 5
Add a little ranch and coconut oil to the yougurt.
Step 6
Check the salt again add as per your taste.
Step 7
Goes well with some nan or just eat with other curries along with rice.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
