Chicken Lollypop
Its a famous and standard snack that we usually present in front of guests.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- Chicken lollypop
- Chicken wings half kg
- Soyasauce 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
- Egg 2
- Cornflour 2 table spoon
- Chilly powder 1 or 2 tsp
- Salt, to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation
Step 1
Clean the wings.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and soyasauce.
Step 3
Mix it well.
Step 4
Mix the chicken wings with the same.
Step 5
Get another bowl add egg and remaining ginger garlic paste.
Step 6
Add salt cornflour and red chilly powder.
Step 7
Mix it well.
Step 8
Then put wings in this batter and fry in hot oil it using oil.
Step 9
Then put in a casserole and wipe off excess oil.
Step 10
Our lollypop is ready to serve.
Tip
Bone-in chicken gives a richer, more flavourful gravy than boneless. The marrow flavours the curry as it cooks.
