Chicken Fry - Crispy And Hot
A good and tasty starter where the chicken is marinated with the spices and deeply fried in oil. It is also a good side dish.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 250 g Chicken
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli powder
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric powder
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chicken masala
- Salt for taste
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation
Step 1
Add masalas one by one with chicken, Stir everything together thoroughly and set aside for half an hour.
Step 2
Fry in hot oil the marinated chicken.
Step 3
Hot and spicy chicken fry is ready.
Tip
A heavy-bottomed pan or cast iron skillet gives you the best results for a proper Kerala fry. Thin pans burn the spices before the meat dries.
