Chicken Dry Fry Restaurant Style
one of the tastiest and easiest of chicken fry dishes available. The crispy fried chicken pieces are soft and succulent on the inside. Chicken pieces are marinated well with easily available ingredients.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 kg Chicken — cut into small pieces
- 1 small Ginger
- 7-8 nos Garlic
- 5 Stems Coriander leaves
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 5 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 nos Egg white
- 1 nos Lemon small
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- Food Color a pinch
- Aginomoto a small pinch
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing the delicious dish, first cut chicken into small pieces, clean and set aside to drain water.
Step 2
Grind ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves together. Put it into a big vessel.
Step 3
Add ingredients: corn flour, egg white, lemon, turmeric powder, food color, aginomoto and required salt.
Step 4
Mix properly and add the chicken pieces. Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour to one hour.
Step 5
Warm the oil in a pan and fry in hot oil the chicken and serve hot.
Step 6
This chicken dry fry goes very well with porotta, chappathi or rice.the chicken dry fry.
Tip
Marinate for at least 30 minutes if you can — the spices penetrate deeper and the chicken stays juicier.
