- Chilli powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp
- Chicken masala : 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder : 2 tsp
- Lime juice : 1 tsp

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chicken masala, lime juice and salt. 2) Pressure cook the chicken and evaporate the water.3) set aside.4) In another kadai, fry the onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves.

Add the cooked chicken in it and cook well in low flame.
Step 3
Cover and fry the chicken for 5 minutes.6) When done, remove from fire and pour a tsp of lime juice on top and serve.
Tip
Bone-in chicken gives a richer, more flavourful gravy than boneless. The marrow flavours the curry as it cooks.
