- 1/2 cup Boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp Sweet potato cooked and — mashed
- 1 tbsp Peas cooked
- Salt A pinch
- 2 nos Pepper corn — optional
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing chicken and sweet potato, cook chicken well.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients in a mixer and grind well.
Step 3
Serve it in a bowl and feed babies.
Tip
Do not boil the curry hard after adding coconut milk. A gentle simmer is all you need — vigorous boiling can cause the coconut milk to split.
