Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 2 nos Onion big
- 2 nos Garlic
- 1 piece Ginger
- 2 nos Tomato
- 4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 cup Channa
- 1/2 tsp Garammasala patta,grambuand cardamom
Preparation
Step 1
Grind ginger,onion and garlic.
Step 2
Fry grinded Ginger,garlic and onion paste in in oil till the raw smell goes.
Step 3
Add coriander,chilli and turmeric powder.
Step 4
Add tomato and fry it.
Step 5
Add boiled channa.
Step 6
Let it cook for few more minutes.
Step 7
Add coriander leaves and garam masala powder. Serve hot.
