Chakkakuru Milkshake | jackfruit Seed Milkshake
Chakka Kuru Milkshake is a different beverage prepared with seeds of jackfruit and milk.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 12 nos Jackfruit seed
- 500 ml Milk Frozen
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Condensed milk
- Boost — for garnishing
Preparation
Step 1
Pressure cook the jackfruit seeds in ½ to ¾ cup water, just enough to cover them, till they become really soft. I cooked them on high for four whistles. Switch off and allow the pressure to go by itself.convert it into a vessel and let it cool.
Step 2
Peel the this husk,remove the brown skin is optional,here I didn't remove it.add the peeled jackseeds into a jar.
Step 3
Next, add sugar,frozen milk and condensed milk and beat well.
Step 4
Delicious jackfruit Seed milkshake is ready,garnish it with boost.it taste exactly like Almond/Badam Milkshake.
