Chakka Puttu-Jackfruit Puttu
A tasty preparation of puttu with sweet jackfruit pieces.Sliced pieces of jackfruit is added to the mixture made of raw rice powder and water.Grated coconut is sprinkled over the mixture and the final result is tasty breakfast.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 10 Jack fruit — chopped
- 1 cup Putti podi
- 3 tbsp Coconut — grated
- Salt, to taste
- Water as needed to mix the putti podi
Preparation
Step 1
Chop jackfruits and mix with coconut or you can also avoid mixing in coconut.
Step 2
Make puttu podi by mixing water and salt.Take the puttu kutti and add grated coconut and puttu podi then top it with chopped jackfruit and grated. Place it on the hob of pressure cooker and allow it to Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Healthy traditional chakka puttu breakfast recipe is ready.
Tip
