Cauliflour Egg Scramble
A quick and satisfying egg dish that proves you do not need expensive ingredients to eat well. Boiled eggs in a spiced gravy, or scrambled with onions and curry leaves — simple Kerala cooking at its most practical.

- Cauliflower 1
- Onion 1
- Chilly 2
- Salt
- Egg 2
- Oil 2tablespoon
- Curryleaves
- Mustard 1tablespoon
- Chilly pdr 1tablespoon
- Turmeric pdr 1/2""
Preparation
Step 1
Soak cauli in warm water containing turmeric pdr and salt (for cleaning) for 15 minutes 2.chopped it into very small 3 Heat the oil in a pan allow to crackle mustard then curryleaves add chopped onion and chilly stir it until it cook add powders and salt(stir) add cauliflower.wait until the cauli being cooked. 4.brake eggs and add this into the cauli and give it a good stir for 1 minute.now the dish is ready.it.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
