Carrot Drink
A refreshing drink that cools you down on a hot Kerala afternoon. Made with fresh ingredients and served chilled, it is the kind of thing you keep refilling without realising.

- 1/2 cup Carrot — grated
- 3/4 cup Water
- 11/2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Of Lemon
- 4 Mint Small piece of Ginger/ 3 — optional
Preparation
Step 1
Grind the grated carrot.
Step 2
Strain it.
Step 3
Blend it with honey and lemon juice.
Step 4
Add ginger or mint leaves (if you like the flavour) when grinding the carrot.
Step 5
The ingredients should be fresh.
