Cardamom Tea

- 1 tbsp Tea powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 nos Cardamom (Elakka)
- 1 cup Milk prefer thick milk to get more taste
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the water.
Step 2
Add tea powder.
Step 3
Add milk.
Step 4
Strain it.
Step 5
Add sugar and ground cardamoms.
Step 6
Stir everything together thoroughly. Serve hot.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
