Cabbage-Gobhee-Muttai Kos With Olive Oil
Cabbage, olive oil, garlic and other ingredients are tossed together to make a smooth and appetizing starter.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 11/2 cup Cabbage — finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 nos Garlic clove — chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves — chopped
- 1 tbsp Cashew nuts — for garnishing
- 1/2 tbsp Water
- Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook cabbage with little salt and water. Heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan. 2)Add cooked cabbage and sautT for a minute.
Step 2
Stir in all the other ingredients except cashew nuts and Put the lid on and cook till the cabbage is fried.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked cabbage with olive oil into a serving dish and garnish with nuts.

Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
