- 2 small Red onions
- Piece of ginger
- 1 Stick curry leaves
- Cilantro, a few
- 1 cup Youghurt
Preparation
Step 1
Blend the youghurt with 3 tsp of water crush green chilly,ginger&onion slighty add the leaves & the crushed ingredients to the blended yoghurt and season with salt to your taste. This is a good drink for a hot summer day and also good with rice.
