Brinjal Mezhukkupuratti

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- Brinjal chopped into small pieces
- Onion — cut into small pieces
- 4 Green chilly
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut brinjal into pieces.
Step 2
Cut onion into pieces.
Step 3
Cut green chilles also.
Step 4
Heat a kadai and add 2 spoon oil.
Step 5
Add onions,brinjal,greenchillies and salt.
Step 6
Put 1cup water and close the kadai with lid and let it bubble for 15 minutes until it is cooked.
Step 7
When water is fully dries up we can remove this kadai from gas.
Step 8
Now brinjal mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
Tip
Shred the vegetable as fine as you can — the thinner the cuts, the better the thoran. A sharp knife makes all the difference.
