Bread Cream

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- Butter : 3 tsp
- Bread slices : 2 nos (cut into diagonal shaped
- Fresh cream : 1 tsp
- Sugar : 1 tsp
- Tutti Fruity : 1 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter in a pan.
Step 2
Roast bread slices till both sides turns crisp.
Step 3
In the same pan add water and melt sugar.
Step 4
When water starts boiling, add fresh cream to dissolve.
Step 5
Mix it, add tutti fruity and let it boil for a minute.
Step 6
To this add the fried bread and toss till the sugar syrup isabsorbed.
Step 7
Garnish with fresh cream and chopped nuts and serveimmediately or served chilled.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
