Bread Bally
Its a snack thats easy to make and good to eat - Bread bally.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- Bread 5 or 6
- Masala 1 cup
- Oil, to taste
- Water to make the bread wet
Preparation
Step 1
For masala we can use anything like veg or non veg or egg.
Step 2
I had used chicken masala,for this grind chicken in to small pieces then cook it with onion garlic and green chilly add masala powders if needed.
Step 3
Then make it inside the bread, before that make the bread wet using water.make it to ball shaped.
Step 4
Then heat a pan pour oil and when its hot fry the balls.
Step 5
When both sides become brawn.
Step 6
Transfer to serving dish(wipe off excess oil).
Tip
Coconut oil is the default cooking fat in Kerala kitchens. It adds a depth of flavour that other oils simply cannot match in these recipes.
