Bitter Gourd - Diet Dish

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 1 nos Bitter gourd
- 2 nos Tomato
- 10 nos Shallots (Kunjulli)
- 2 nos Green chillies slit lengthwise
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and tomato into big pieces. :- No need to cut the shallots.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients in a clay pot(manchatti) and cook well.
Step 3
Season with salt to your taste.
Step 4
If u want u can add a small quantity of coconut oil after the gas is turned off.
Step 5
Happy eating!
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
