Beef-Kadala Fry
A fusion recipe with beef mixed with kadala in a spicy masala.
Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 1/2 kg Cooked and minced beef
- 2 cup Cooked black kadala
- Salt, to taste
- 2 nos Green chillies — chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 6 Cloves Garlic — chopped
- 2 nos Onion — sliced
- 1 piece Ginger small — chopped
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- Oil, to taste
- Curry leaves, a few
- 1/4 cup Coconut fried in oil — sliced
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing beef-kadala fry, fry mustard, curry leaves, ginger and garlic in oil.
Step 2
Add onion and green chillies to it and fry again.
Step 3
Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and pepper powder. give it a good stir.
Step 4
When the oil clears, add the minced beef and cooked kadala to it. Fry well.
Step 5
Add the sliced coconut and Stir everything together thoroughly. take it off the heat when done.
Step 6
Beefvkadala fry is ready. Serve with rice.
