Banana Milk Cake
Banana milk cake is a tasty cake with only few steps.If you want your kids to eat fruit,especially banana,this is the best way to make them it. So do all the steps carefully you will have an amazing cake for your family and friends.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 2 Banana
- 1 cup Mik
- 5 Egg
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ghee
Preparation
Step 1
Heat ghee in a non stick pan and fry both sides of the banana until brown colour.
Step 2
Whisk egg in a bowl,add milk,sugar and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 3
Heat ghee in a saucepan or pressure cooker and Add half portion of the egg mixture and let it Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
After 2 minutes layer fried banana on its top.
Step 5
Pour the remaining egg mixture and layer the top with remaining fried banana.cover the top and Let it cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
Step 6
Finally this cake is ready to.
Tip
When working with jaggery, always melt and strain it first. Even the best quality jaggery has some grit that needs to be removed.
