Banana Fry With Honey
Slow-roasted in coconut oil with a generous hand of spices, this banana fry develops layers of flavour as it dries out on the pan. The patience pays off — every piece is coated and concentrated.

- 2 nos Banana — cut into thin slices, nendrakaya
- Ghee, to taste
- 3 tbsp Honey
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing banana fry with honey, first take a pan and place the banana pieces in it.
Step 2
Pour ghee in the sides of it.
Step 3
When the banana becomes brown in color, take it off the heat and place in a plate.
Step 4
Pour the honey over the banana pieces and serve hot.
Step 5
A Snack for kids.
Tip
The final handful of curry leaves should go in right at the end, off the heat — they should crackle and crisp in the residual heat.
