Banana Cake (Step By Step Photos)

- Banana : 3 nos (chopped into small pieces
- Egg : 4 nos
- Sugar : 6 tbsp
- Oil — for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the bananas into small pieces. fry in hot oil them. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat well the eggs together with sugar. Add Bananas to this, and mix. Cook in a deep pan till a knife inserted in middle comes out clean. (about 10-15 minutes).
Step 3
Serve it.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
