Bachelors Bread Toast (French Toast)

Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 6 nos Bread slices
- 2 nos Egg
- 1 small Milk
- Sugar, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Boil milk and let it cool.
Step 2
Add egg into it and beat.
Step 3
Add enough sugar.
Step 4
Soak Bread Pieces in to it.
Step 5
Heat a tava in mediam flame with out any oil or ghee.
Step 6
Keep the bread slices on the tava.
Step 7
After 1 minute, turn it over and fry the other side too.
Step 8
Your Toast is Ready!
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
