Aval Uppuma - Easy Made Breakfast

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 3 cup Beaten rice Aval/Poha
- 2 nos Onion
- 5 nos Green chillies
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- 4 nos Dry red chillies (Kollamulaku)
- Curry leaves A, a few
- ¼ Of Coconut
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- Coriander leaves, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Clean aval well in water and keep it to drain.
Step 2
Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
Step 3
Let the mustard seeds crackle and sautT dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Step 4
Add onion and green chillies and sautT.
Step 5
Add aval.
Step 6
Sprinkle a little water along with salt and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 7
Add grated coconut and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 8
Garnish with coriander leaves.
