- Rice 1 cup
- Jaggery, to taste
- Coconut 1 table spoon
- Cashew 4
- Dry grapes 4
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pan add rice to it.
Step 2
Then stir it until it gets slight brawn.
Step 3
Then grind it using a mixture.
Step 4
Then mix the grinder rice powder with crushed jiggery,crushed cashew and dry grape.
Step 5
Then make it in to ball shaped using hands.
Step 6
Then you can have it as a sweet snack.
Tip
Coconut oil is the default cooking fat in Kerala kitchens. It adds a depth of flavour that other oils simply cannot match in these recipes.
